I'm Boniphace, an entrepreneur, consultant, and venture builder based in Arusha, Tanzania.
My background is in accounting and bookkeeping. That foundation shaped how I think about business: understand the numbers, take responsibility, and build systems people can use.
Today, my work brings together entrepreneurship, consulting, tourism, and the nonprofit sector. I connect strategy with finance, operations, and people so that a good idea has a clearer path to execution.
